Do I need to download an app?
Your phone camera is all you need to open a Rahmat QR link. You'll pay in your browser or your chosen payment app, depending on the method. If you're showing your own QR to the cashier, open it in your payment app.
How can I pay?
With a card or a payment app such as Payme, Click or Uzum. You'll see all available options when you open your bill.
Where can I find Rahmat QR?
On a table, counter, printed bill or checkout screen. If you don't see a code, ask a member of staff whether you can pay with Rahmat.
Can I leave a tip or a review?
Yes, if the business has enabled these features. You'll see the relevant buttons on the Rahmat page.
What if my payment didn't go through?
Check your payment status in the service you used. If you've been charged but haven't received confirmation, don't pay again straight away. Contact a member of staff or Rahmat support and keep your transaction confirmation.
